Well my birthday was a blast. We didn't get to go camping as planned, but it was way fun anway. And special thanks to Bunny for the early morning hourse birthday celibration. The big 21, my only question is, now what? Not to many landmark dates after that one. Ah well, life's still going to be a blast.

everything [Jun. 9th, 2005|07:32 pm]

I havn't updated in forever, so I thought I should just tell eveyone what's been happening latly.
I'm working back at Denny's again. But I'm still looking for differant job, so I'm not sure how long I'll be working there. Lots of people are leaving for the summer, which is leaving our tradition of getting together every Tuseday a hollow shell of its former self. But everyone who's left is meeting up as much as possable. We're still planning on a roadtrip in August, and a whole bunch of people are going to go camping on my birthday in July. Just before the roadtrip three of us will be moving into an apartment downtown. That should be cool, all of our group will be within walking distance of each other.

Well that's all I can think of for now.

Stuff [Apr. 30th, 2005|03:48 am]

Life just keeps getting more and more complicated. Denny's won't take me back as easily as they said they would, so that bridge is burnt. I don't like working for my Dad, so that bridge is burning. And not to many other places seem to be hiring. So I'm running out of bridges here and I only started one on fire. And my social life is taking a somewhat strange turn, but I suggest that anyone reading this asks me individually about that one.

So I've been home for a few days. Got to see everyone and swap stories about what happened over the last month. But now I need a job because traveling Europe has drained my bank account extensivly. I'm not going back to Denny's unless I absolutly have to. But I've no idea were to start looking.

Edinburgh/Manchester [Apr. 12th, 2005|08:21 pm]

Just came to Manchester. Edinburgh was cool and I met cool scotish people there to. It was a really fasinating city, I even got to go on a ghost tour. There are so many hills there, the whole city's like a maze. You can walk around for a while and easily end up on a bridge looking down on were you started. It's all bridges, hills, and staircases. Anyway, still looking for something to do in Manchester. It's an ok city, but dosn't seem to have much in the way of museums or sites, maybe a pub or two.

I made it to Scotland. It seems nice here sofar. Kindof like Ireland with nicer weather and not so many depressed people, and more hills.

In Belfast, met this Canadian and went on a pub/club crawl with her. Definatly a good time. Went to the pubs yesterday with a girl from New York as well. Also a good time. You meet the most interesting people while traveling, even if they arn't natives.

Dublin went like this. Rain, Russians, Latvians, Drinks, Irish, Rain. All in all I found out that there are a fair amount of (usually racist) slavic imagrants, and that the Ireish don't like them. And that you can get kicked out of a pub without them having to give a reason. I'm in Belfast now.
